As this is service based company, if someone not working on project he/she will move to the bench, and within two month it they didn't get any project, they have to work without salary and finally they will ask you to leave the job. As a big MNC but job security is very less.

Job security. almost 2000 has been given pink slips this 2023 end by them. we have been shown exit door since sales team failing to get prjects from client and global slowdown. LOP for last 1 month out of 3month bench period and HR asking to raise resignation forcibly

Delay appraisal, No proper increment system to scale with respect to ratings. Even after getting 4 out of 5 rating 2-4% increment on low level cader like DET & ETS. No arrears after delay increment. Senior management are not on their commitment for growth of employees.

There is uncertainty for you project, no support from RMG, if you be on bench, you need to search project by your own, No satisfaction in our work , only Garbage work you will get when your work in project. Management is so much Harassing team, expect to work for management relates work like bring resource and talk to management client side

No good work culture, poor management both HR and Admin. Never know whom to hold whom not to. Coming to hikes need not even think of them, they throw some peanuts. Forcefully making people resign for company not having projects. Resource management group is one of the worst, they are not able to map people to projects, and they provide all useless training to the bench resources. The HR and RMG doesn't even respond to employees. You will not get lunch(pay from your pocket)after 1345hrs and lunch starts at 1250hrs. People shout on vendors but the issue is created by company management. There is separate committee for food that is of no use. For the appraisal they are not considered the work which we have done. This year appraisal cycle they have changed to November and not given the aerials for last 6 months. Very bad management and HR policies which are not followed by them itself.
