The work life balance is not good. Due to extensive work load and 6 days working that too odd hours its quite challenging to manage both the front.

Working with the company from last 3.5 yrs , got great working enviourment and colleagues . Got the chance to learn new thing from ATL( Any term learning ) platform .In covid times also git regularly paid with no deduction .

Dislikes

Have to attend too many con-calls on daily basis as MS teams and online meeting culture has increase after covid .

The domain of work is niche as L&T is largest systems integrator in India. One can learn new technologies and gain a good experience of the upcoming technologies and smart city infrastructure.

Dislikes

Poor work life balance. The company expects to give more time but no one cares whether it is productive or not. Pay structure is horrible. None of the support functions are co-operative. No scope for innovation or smart work.
