1. Strict timings. 2. Even if you are done for the day, you'll have to leave about half an hour late. 3. If you are a GET, they can give you any task (Because you are a GET and your role is not specific) 4. 90% chance that your role will be very different from your skillset. 5. Worst management. 6. Worst work culture. I have seen people shouting at each other quite often. 7. Minimal growth. 8. Worst work life balance if you are sent to field, 12 hrs work, 6 days a week, sometimes on Sundays too. 9.
