What I like most about giving loans at Elanti is that the loans we give support them to some extent in terms of business and they gain financial independence and seeing the smiles on the faces of the sisters makes me feel good. Thank you.

In L&T, one has to face a lot of trouble regarding time. One has to come early in the morning and work till late night. So, the hours that are worked in time are equivalent to two days of work in a single day, which causes mental stress to the employees.
