Opportunities for Internal growth is very slow and also hike for salary is very low workplace or fields are less like we only fund for single product but in market so many products available for funding manager do not value an individuals unique strength it's because after a good work there is no appreciation and no loyalty for employees

Sales Associates means I am just a field officer who fill a file and read it to payment by the process of operations and underwriter also this payment makes for dealer against the customer
