Literally only 5 WFH days across a year! Daily office presence is mandatory with mandatory 9 hours to be served (tracked through app and GPS so can't avoid) Lot of power in hands of reporting manager wrt leaves, regularisation of hours, etc. leave little room for autonomy.

The insightful guidance of the non-technical OLs, renowned for their deep technical expertise and unwavering dedication to their craft, was invaluable. The team leads, known for their discerning eye for talent and unwavering commitment to meritocracy, provided exceptional leadership.
