Likes

Good work environment with various digital learning skills. Work load is divided equally. Management appreciate good performance. One of the best part is the incentive schemes brought into work after every quarter for better performance.

Dislikes

There is local politics at local level , the supervisor don't care about your personal life which is not monitored by management. Salary Hike and appraisals are not upto the mark. Very slow financial growth .
