There are two types of recruitment followed now in LnT one is confirmation basis other is contract basis. I am working clon contract basis, if you get confirmation you will get some good pay and incentives etc.

Dislikes

No leave for Site engineers in project they even Force us to work on sundays. I am recruited in contract basis management deny giving promotion/salary hike stating I am on contract basis will get benefits only after confirmation. HR do don't give proper reply regarding confirmation of job. No change in work culture for Confirm staff or contract staff.

Salary for Entry level is good when compared to other companies. After 1 year as Graduate Engineer Trainee, next role will be as Senior Engineer

Very poor work life balance. 6 days and almost 12 hour shift is hectic.

L&T will give you opportunities to learn and work and to handle jobs by yourselves. L&T will give you the scope of new thinking and implementation.

Dislikes

The annual rating process is totally disturbing. After giving your best through out the year you will be given lesser rating than some people who have just come to office and sit. Your work will be appropriated verbally wherever you are required to complete some job, but all your efforts will be forgotten when it's the time of appraisal.

A good reputed Comapany,provides all facilities to employee house,vehicle,cook.

1. No work life balance ,have to work 7 days a week including sundays and national holidays for 12 to 16 hours per day ,and when work pressure is there have to work 20 hours . 2.Have a very low growth in this company. 3.No HR policies are applicable at site. 4.In a Year only 10 to 15 Days off including sunday
