No value for hard work and sacrificing for Company . Not giving proper respect for taking responsibility for work load at the same time company profitability as a result it demotivated for further taking responsibility for Company interest and at the same time its compels to understand Employee who do hard work and always think for company interest has no value and gradually become depressed which is not at all beneficiary for Company growth as well as Employee because we should understand Employee is the strength of a growing Company and stability . A good , sincere and hard working Employee is a asset of a Company and to identify and give proper attention for mental motivation which will be more profitability of a Company . This type of culture is very poor and no improvement in L&T - ECC Division as a result we are missing this type valued Employee and joined other Company and they are taking full profitability from this type of Employee which is a big loss for L&T . In working place only to give importance for Company interest not other issue that should apply out side of Company premises. In large no of Employees it is not very much affecting but this dangerous type of slow poisoning diseases will affect a large loss of Company in near future which not at all expecting from reputed Company as well as good will also like L&T ....Read More
