There is Job security. Since it's an MNC with strong share value and consistent projects inflow, company is resistant to contingencies!

Dislikes

There exists bossism. Have to work beyond work hours even though there's no work. Appraisal process is very unfair. No work from Home. Strict monitoring of employees using ProHance.
