Job security and paycheck on time are something that drives people to work for L&T. Work culture is varying place to place, however, is more on the toxic side.

Dislikes

Work-life balance is worst and employees' personal life is always on the stack. Also, nobody listens if one wants to relocate due to family reasons until one resigns. Internal politics is on high notes and the work environment is not on the healthier side.

I believe that nowadays company is focusing on process more than progress digital technologies are needed but when it comes to implementation there is no ease of use so the inputs are going wrong from bottom level but they have big team to analyse this wrong datas
