There is no policy for the company. A waste of of time for medical professionals in this company.If you really want to learn something work on hospital.You may earn less but you will be satisfied because you can do your job not others. This is my experience on this company. P.S: I joined this company after surviving a major accident.Because of my gap in hospital work I couldn't rejoin as a staff on any hospitals,as they are demanding me to join as trainee bcoz they can give a less salary for atleast 1year....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

CTC of employee is less due to adding house rents and Mileage claims and Domicilary claims. Instead of claims it can be added in Monthly salaries and to be paid. Because of this the monthly salary credit is getting low

Working Culture as rightly said by Mr SNS CEO and MD You have to work 90 Hours in week . Worst Rating system 8/7/6/5 Very low reward from expectations. Rare work life balance . Mostly you have to work 8:30 am to 8 PM. Most of the managers will not approve your leave . No good facility for site people you have to travel 5 person in 4 seater Vehicle.
