Having big projects hence u will get more exposure to learn the things which develops ur confidence. System of handling vendors and procurement process are very nice. Payment of vendors good but sometimes delayed .

Strict timings, No Sunday rest , including holidays working. Promotion get delayed. Their performance rating system are very bad and generally PM doesn't follows the fair rating system. Execution peoples doesn't feel empowered to take any decision regarding vendor mgmt. Person growth are very slow and huges gaps founds in salaries and benefits in same cadre due to performance rating.
