Scope for projects and high, job security is decent as long as you are in the good books of your manager or immediate superior. Salary gets credited on time without no delay even if there's economic deficit or recession.

Dislikes

1. Job security is very very volatile and if you are even once in the bad books of your manager consider your career in company is likely to end and you will not get promotions and PLRs. 2. The management is bias and your manager will not ask your side of the story if you are accused of something. Highly judgemental. 3. The company does not truly care for it's employees well being though they have programs for it. Work life balance doesn't exist. 4. Compared to other construction companies,L&T's credibility is much better and employees are treated with respect and there are proper SOPs within which facilities are provided to the bachelors as well as the ones with families.

Dislikes

Extremely complex and complicated EIP and corporate procedures which delay work immensely.In fact there are many such documentation works which are part of the procedures but in reality those are not necessarily needed.

Proper way of working in all aspects, Decision making, Maintains the machinery & assets to perform the work, Proper cash flow b/w all stakeholders. Good support from Seniors international of work.
