Very bad work culture. You are forced to work a 13hrs shift in washing machine unit. I found Nothing good about this Unit

No week offs. If you want a leave they will make you regret it. 13 hrs shift no overtime for staff or you have to apply some sort of source to have overtime

Dixon is a leading EMS company , Have lot's of project , have many things to learn due to work with different vendors and full fill their demand as par their norma

Working culture is not so good , work load is very high , also no activity regarding employee health , demands only Output , due to work load every body stay after working hour
