L&T Construction company is a good company but working life not balance and Sunday have not compensation more pressure in working period

Company show like good place of working but some time company can't think our employees everytime prefer your work company have not centerlised rules his rules can be changed every site and every incharge and every incharge have ego problem they can't understand our subordinate problem and many times not support many senior staff don't know how to behave our junior staff

CTC of employee is less due to adding house rents and Mileage claims and Domicilary claims. Instead of claims it can be added in Monthly salaries and to be paid. Because of this the monthly salary credit is getting low

Client driven company; if Client wants project to be completed; company has people who can execute project well; but if client does not interfere projects will take its own time to complete. Such projects have more toxic culture; look busy even on Sundays with No work and Project Heads gain recognition with Management emphasizing we can make staff work on Sunday too but in reality he is wasting company money and resources....Read More
