There is no personal time for ur family and u have to be in front of ur PM all the time even u work hard and be his pet . Honestly u have to be the pet of PM, CPM, CQM ,CPLM of the particular RO to get good ratings. And ratings decide ur fate even u are GET,PGET or any PhD .

Too much company politics. completely non transparent reward and reccommendations/ Ratings. People working from Head quarters get higher rating as compared to people working at site level. Some people get a lot of exposure by management and others are cornered. A lot of banging, abusive languages from bosses. I have almost lost mymental peace. One year I have gone to depression due to my abusive boss. If any one is okey with such abuses can surely join the company....Read More
