Zero mentoring and Poor leadership. Buttering people only can survive here. No professional ethics, harsh work politics followed by old senior management in Power Transmission and Distribution IC. Only some of the leaders are good. But Some new age senior management people are very rude and with arrogance behavior. Some departmentheads are not qualified and competent to be a head for department, but you have to come with all relevant qualification. They will continue to torture you without any rest.. Just they will justify in the name of discipline. HR managers will not explain you about benefits as per company policy neither any problems that are going to come in future. Suddenly they will get you in trouble. If you are ok for all torture, yelling, belittling and if you have no other options to go out of the company, you can work long time in this company.
