If you would like to take responsibility, you will be en showered with more responsibilities. Job security is great. Grooming of individuals and self development is continuous through corporate training programs. Healthy working environment prevails all along.

Dislikes

every aspect seems to be fine, only the remuneration part could be looked into considering the present market trend.

Company with immense job security with good support from management. Company having sustainable policy with good work culture.

Dislikes

Salary/compensation do not match with market/CPI index. Growth of the company largely depends on Gov.t policies & global market.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
