Salary on time good salary but poor increment, office politics and poor management can ruin your future. Hr doesn't replies on mail and also not receives calls when needed.

Dislikes

Office politics can ruin your carrier and future. Very less increments, only bootlicker people get promotions and increments other wise stick to 5%. HR is least bothered to pick up your calls or reply to your emails. No job security for contractual employe.

I am proud to be associated with the Company which adopt the changes readily & sustains with it. As this is a professionally managed company, it has good policies & I love to work here

Dislikes

There is a huge & large difference in compensation between outstanding performers & vital performers, which means that except outstanding performers no other is working as per expectation. This de-motivates majority of staffs (because everyone can't be outstanding performer)

Work culture is good, corporate governanace is there, great peoples at management, facilty provided by compnay is good at site level too, As big projects in hand and large order book is on the cards job security is good in this company.

Dislikes

Silent hard workers who works day n night are never get highlighted, Pay and compensation for permanent employees are growing at snails pace for last few years whereas present industry avrg. is much higher.

I am responsible for all electrical and Plant & machinery related work, Erection Commssioning Operation , reparing of equipments, Manpower Spares management, cost control , safety and EHS funtions.
