Recently changed in company's work culture and poor salary structure, not good for old employees who is serving whole to the company, New person joined with too much higher salary packages but serving employees has no such a increments and salary, in other companies they are doing good for his old employees but here trend changes now. The Work pressure is very high. Sometime, i Have to work 12-14 hours straight in a Day as i have attend client out going ,incoming ,others, internal etc. i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
