The company only favours those who constantly keep oiling seniors cos it's directly linked to APPRAISAL. Seniors take benefit of juniors hard work, no proper mentoring. HR of BnF IC is worst in co-opration as they also mingle with th Project Managers for rating. Worst atmosphere for working MARRIED WOMEN.
