It is a one man show. Everywhere you will see the director only. His decision is the policy. HR department currently is a show piece. Promotions, Rewards are not for merit. Almost all good people have left the company. Consultants are all important, HODs are given zero importance. Departments are divided without even HOD knowing about it. Employees left are yet to get the pending money.
