This is very good company i love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, hight quality products and has a global Clint base. all over helth insurance facility in this company. i am enjoy my work and support and handle Clint.

The work pressure is normal but sometimes, i have to work 14- 18 hours straight in a day i have to attend Clint call all time. the problem is food of site mesh

About my experience, the company is very good.

1- There is no hierarchy System that's why HODs face lots of problems in taking decisions. 2- Some selected Staff taking all decisions about the company. 3- Not anyone did ask you as an employee what you do nor evaluated staff productivity. 4- Very flexible working culture that's why nobody did take own responsibility.
