There are a lot of dislikes the company’s environment is so toxic and they treat you as if you are student studying in school. You can’t get up from seats, you can’t talk,force you to do over time although its 6days working in a week and daily new rules are generated and no appraisals are done over here. Kumon Panathur I would not recommend to anyone there is nothing to learn from this centre. Other Centers may not have same problem.

Dislikes

The centre head at Kumon Panathur Bangalore (Namrata Mittal)is rude and Ill mannered. For no reasons she is giving continuous scoldings and blastings despite all the work has been done under her supervision and it’s been hardly 12 days I started work there and non stop pressure and blastings started. I would not recommend anyone tojoin this centre. Pls don’t join otherwise you will loose your mental balance and she will take advantage of this....Read More

Growth is very slow. Managers do not value an individuals’ strengths. I have never received appreciation emails from my managers however customers (parents) used to appreciate a lot, but they usually go un noticed during appraisals.
