Nothing to like anything, if you joining then it's a waste of time in your carrier specifically Marketing & Product team. All the old age guys are stagnent in their position. it's a Mafia type decision making company

Dislikes

During Covid time also they prefer to come to office and work. People coming from far away place are not allowed for reimbursement also and also increment is just peanuts. No promotion even after spending 5 year in company where as my reporting manager got promoted twice.

Would like to share that there is TOOOO MUCH PARTIALITY within ECOM TEAM by the HOD (CS) To be honest I was been told to leave the company just for not replying a mail sent by the vendor within 1 week whereas now when one of the vendor informed that his own favoured employee is not replying to the vendor from last 1 month and thereis no action taken against him. HOD is being neglecting and DOING NOTHING BY favouring him for NOT REPLYING or not having achieving the MONTHLY SALES TARGET. During that period I was been told to take handover from other employees due to which I couldn't reply but HOD was least bothered to hear my side where he was the only one to tell me to take the handover. He also said false reason to HR that I am not capable or suitable for the position or the job role. Overall Hamilton is a good company but after knowing everything they have not taken any Action against HIM which is very sad to see...Read More
