I like the part that no one will stop you to learn Different things. You can Learn how much you want without any restriction.

The credit taking of Different HOD's & the DWM . DWM is good for all but there is no advantage of DWM in kumar. The worst core committee (Management) i ever seen. 0% of job Security 😔 Blank paper signs & thumb taking on 5 pages , they don't give you any kind of proof that you work in kumar like offer letter, joining letter , Salary structure/sleep, Id card !!!! Nothing

Its been good for me cause I learn many thing in this organisation like how to communicate with people , how to handle different situations, how to inproove your skills ....... Its all credit goes to My HOD. Mr.Ganesh Wagh sir & Mr.D nikam sir.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign.on the training is not given to new joinees

The job is quite interesting struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.llearnt everything on the Job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste Of different roles within the same team
