Departmental staff is very helpful and supportive all departmental HOD take lead and support even the trainee catagory employee

The major issue of the KSB is the Plant HR Head l. He is very arrogant and not know how to treat people. He is not deserve to be HR Head. He is at that post due to he is relative of higher management person. If higher management will not take action on it KSB will see the bad days very soon.
