There is nothing to be good

Dislikes

Once you get in this company you'll stuck in this company because they signed bond for 3 years . Also they have 3 months notice period. They'll make sure that you'll never get a job in other organisations. Horrible HR policies. They treat like a slave. Plant head did harrasment of every single associate. Too much partiality.

The major issue of the KSB is the Plant HR Head l. He is very arrogant and not know how to treat people. He is not deserve to be HR Head. He is at that post due to he is relative of higher management person. If higher management will not take action on it KSB will see the bad days very soon.
