There is nothing to be liked. The company is run by cr**ks and sh*the*ds with unrealistic expectations.

Dislikes

1. Zero work life balance. You get calls at midnight and you have to work on weekends. Manager doesnt approve leaves. You have to come to office even if you are sick. 2. Pay disparity. They pay as they like. At same designaton , two different employee have pay differences of more than 100 %. 3. You will never get the variable component of your CTC. If you ask about it, you will be fired. 4. They call you to work on weekends too but if you take a WFH , the company ceo ‘ba’ sends messages publicly that you are ‘fleecing’ the company. 5. The CEO is crazy. You can get fired for a wrong folder name, a slightly slant staple on your printouts and what not. 6. The managers publicly shout on their employees. Humiliate them in slack groups.
