Well established system for all. Hierarchy is maintained some times old staff does not like new comers who are joining heigher scale than olders. Rest all is good and day by say increasing systems under the Sh. Bharat Agarwal, CHRO and senior management. Directors are ground to earth. They involves and ask subordinates for the development of the organisation.
