Good politics by the Plant plant heads and President

Wrost place to work, as per policy there is 100% job secure but reality is you can fire anytime due to any reason but HR and President and plant heads are plays must smart rules they are pulled into a room and until candidates write the resignation letter will not allowed go out. Its a reality of all KML apart from SKH group
