Krishgen nourishes talent and because they partner with a lot of suppliers from around the world, there is always opportunity to learn new technologies. Very understanding in terms of taking days off or half days. Great work life balance as there is no expectation to work outside office hours or on the weekends at all.

There is nothing to like in this company

The environment of the company is very bad. The boss of the company is completely mad who shows anger all the time on the employees without any reasons. They like when the team call his wife as a bhabhi to create environment like home which is senseless. They think the friendly relation between staffs will harm there business. However, they have some of the employee who works as a jasoos who gives information of everything what is going onn in the company premises. They like the employees who gives the details of the personal gossips and the talks done by the employees besides the performance of the employees. You get self confidence to learn new things by your own as there is no induction training.

Dislikes

No proper introduction to HR policies/ formalities as rules and regulations are frequently subject to change without intimating staff.

My work was bit hectic as it involves coordinating and product detailing to sales team , distributor and customers over calls and emails. Troubleshooting and closing complaints within stipulated time simultaneously completing day to day task for marketing

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
