Let go the employee who cheat on company many time But yet no take any posetive action for set an example for in future !!.

My whole work experience is good in Kripa automation I have learn many things while my job carrier !!

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
