You absolutely can and should if the reason are severe enough however wht most people dont understand about HR thry are not there to protect the employees they are there to protect the manager i had a situation with ravi that escalated to HR i laid out all of my complaint in detail gave example witness by the end of the conversationi was feeling good i thought my issue would be resolved however after a month of no action in lost faith that my complaint were going to be dealt with i learned from another manager that my manager had been investigated three times by HR and evry single time there was zero action as a result....Read More

1. No work-life balance. 2. Micro-management at its peak. 3. Managers always support the lead, and the lead is consistently against you. 4. Excessive work pressure. 5. No work-from-home option, not even for emergencies. 6. No support from the lead or manager; all they care about is completing the product. 7. Poor appraisals, even ifyou work day and night. 8. You are remembered only for the number of bugs you induce. 9. Poor management; managers lack the skills to manage the team effectively. 10. No fun activities or team bonding. 11. Team members are unsupportive, always ready to blame and work against each other. 12. Late-night deployment calls are frequent. 13. Workplace is full of politics. 14. No capable leads to handle the team, irrespective of frontend or backend. 15. QA is given more priority than developers. 16. The product team does not value developers and is always against them. 17. Employees must stay in the office for 9 hours, even if their work is completed, or risk receiving mails from HR and warnings from the manager. 18. Worst company. Please don't join this company if you have any other option. We had earlier good QA leader who left due to the worst working culture. Currently, Seniors are not supportive, and always ready for leg pulling.

Nothing as such to like Saturday working sometimes Sunday as well they'll keep on asking you the status No professionalism Worst politics, there expectations are sky touching. No work culture at all , so much senior and junior thing . There expectations to work after work hours they'll ask you sit till 8:30 sometimes 9pm as well despite you are girl .

1. Saturday working sometimes Sunday also 2. No safety for girls employees 3. So much micro management if there's two seniors so you'll jhave to juggle in between 4.Work is not defined properly 5. No other perks for employees 6. No fun activities only work work . 7. Permanent work from office not all flexible

Very Nice company and seniors are very helpful. Team leaders are very bonding persons .

Whatever work data comes on daily basis, there is some problem in it, sometimes good data also comes and sometimes bad data also comes, then on top of that one wants to take down and hide the performance.

Get to learn a lot if you are in backend.

Worst culture. If you can survive this culture then you can survive anywhere. People shift blame to each other. Everyday you have ro be like a robot because 100% work is expected for 9 hours. Otherwise in stand ups you will be punished. And during appraisal you won't be seen based on what good you have done but with one bad thing that you have done. Devs are not promoted based on their knowledge but based on their time spent in company. And salary structure is inappropriate....Read More
