There is nothing to like about this company as this Company have a lot partiality among employees, where south employees being treated by well and other hand if i talk about north employees, they will fully pressurised even though they will work with honesty and dedications.

The company don't have transparency of their process only Partiality, Unnecessarily pressure especially on North employees, allocated data will be shuffled and beacuse of that you will be potentially lose your hard work (data) such as PTP, you will be threatened sacking of your jobs, good customer data allocated to south employees and worst data allocated to North employees and being honest If you are North employees you will have to fight for one payment and if any escalation raised by Customer you will be terminated, there job security is zero even if you will not complete you target they will sack you from your job. I will not recommend those who looking for long term carriar in this company and who looking peaceful work environment. They will call you any time in hr cabine and throw you out they won't understand about your situations. if any one want to join this company for 2, 3 month by keeping all things in mind what I have mentioned above they can go ahead....Read More

Some customers used to show good response and some customers used to not show good response talk badly to executives and disconnect the calls before even listening to offers which used to be provided in processing fees. No other company provides discount on processing fees. Without understanding the advantages of the loan product and service they used to cut the call and also the customers sometimes don't pay the money on time and if they pay they pre close the loan before hand only not thinking that based on their repayment behaviour only loan amount will tend to increase and if some people are getting higher limit they are not availing the loan...Read More

Nothing worst team which i’ve ever worked with customer support L2.. Too much of arrogance with the team leader and manager and too much of stress they were giving..

So many things i wanna say.. i was working with customer support team and nobody knows that how to manage a team..!! worst team customer support L2. Team leader is one of the other unsupported one.
