The HR operations here is worst I have ever seen in my 14 years career through different companies. The HR here delays almost all the HR related work specially payment related work. Whether it may be Appraisals, Full and final settlement, compensation to employees who have been laid off due to process closure or reduction in business. I have received my full and final settlement (which did not include my compensation amount as I was laid off due to process ramp down) after almost 5 month with repeated follow ups which was supposed to be recived within 45 days from LWD. It is 7 months now I am still waiting for my compensation amount to be received and still following up with the HR team...Read More

Such a terrible experience with this company. First of all they they make you work on Saturdays and Sundays also and then they fire employees at any time and after that they don't even pay their due salaries. Such a pathetic management

There are no Job security They can fire immidiatly and also they are use own rules for calculate FNF goverment laws are not validated for his and also fnf can setteled by cheque after 45 days and also they are release cheque post dated after 30 days.
