The company policies are a bit haywire and not very employee centric , the workload is always more than one can take for which either you have to disrupt your work-life balance or get judged by the smallest of mistakes, the management is not in touch with what happens on the ground level . The compensation is not proper as well unless you force them by showing different options they won’t justify the hard work you’ve put in.
