The work culture is very bad. Seniors literally abuse their juniors. Some employees who have started their career from this company have got enormous power from upper management and they can literally mock anyone anywhere without caring about the consequences. And maybe because they know company isn't going to take any action against them. Founder & Co-founders are are abusive and no investment is done from their side for the employee's learning and management. We literally buy courses by ourselves, surf on internet to learn so that we could grow in our careers. Their is Sir/Madam rule you have to follow even if your are more experienced than them. And especially to those who have started their career from here. Highest priority is given to profiles which give revenue to the company but not to those who indirectly play their part in getting the revenue. In short the culture is very abusive that i couldn't bare and that's why i left back in April. I had to serve a notice period of 2 months when they want every candidate to join them immediately after they crack the interview....Read More
