I love the fact that everyone tries. We know we are not perfect, and no one is but the fact that we try and make the changes is what I like about KH. The work life balance, what they offer us internally at work too is way above what many companies with even bigger names and population offer. Kraft Heinz feels like home, because people make you feel like you are wanted.

The challenges that are faced by the economy today is the ability to scale salaries as needed. But i see that they try to do their best.

There's nothing so special about the company

Every old and new employee are selfish, including Managers, senior leaders every one. They just talk about women empowerment,their growth but on ground realities it is totally opposite... There's lot and lot and lot of negative stuff about the company. No growth / promotion or salary hike for the first 2 years after joining
