Worst management with no clarity about future. Company full of politics. No work satisfaction as one should do the work without using brain. Gossip is a top most priority in the office which leads to unending toxicity. Most of the people are either waiting for 1 year completion or variable pay

There's nothing so special about the company

Every old and new employee are selfish, including Managers, senior leaders every one. They just talk about women empowerment,their growth but on ground realities it is totally opposite... There's lot and lot and lot of negative stuff about the company. No growth / promotion or salary hike for the first 2 years after joining

Hybrid work. They only do fancy celebration and make employees happy. But the work culture is bad and politics is way too much.

Dislikes

It's full of politics and there is no surety of your job. One fine day, they will just come with a paper saying you are fired. Worst HR and worst centre head that they could have. Both women together have spoilt the entire centre.
