My Manager (Nilesh Rakhecha) for showing his work to upper management he just drop mail to them and degrade the employee. He should learn how to talk with girls (very rude) and he dont know how to manage he just want people to move around him like he do for upper management. Please dont delete the review, Just remove him from KRAFT HEINZ and save the company.

- This place has turned upside down in just 1 year, from having 100% trust in leaders to having 0 trust anymore - misplaced priorities - leaders have funds to fly across the world to accept paid awards but dont have 300 USD to send a cricket team in local corporate tournaments citing budget issue - confusing communication - on one hand we are told GCC is strategic and then we are told it is a service delivery center in same category as outsourced delivery center. - cost cutting pressure is so severe that they have now started asking exiting employees to return their used unhygenic headphones and recycle them to give to new employees. never seen this and this is my 4th company - if you speak up on any such policy, HR will hold up your exit pay formalities and harass for long so people have resorted to online reviews instead of getting penalized on their exit pay. - lot has been said about upskilling and arbitary career growth already - not a great place...Read More
