Promotion and hikes is not good compared to Product companies in. You will get only 4% hike that also in June month Promotion is nightmare and it will be given only to people's who are Manager bootlicker No work life balance

Compulsory weekend work Senior people who are more thant 10+ years in KPIT are terrible and arrogant I felt there is a lack of ethics in every department of this organization . my feedback is to not to join this company if you have other option
