Thanks for the feedback. We are making efforts to improve employee well-being. We want our employees to have a long and fruitful career at KPI and we are disappointed to hear about your experiences. We release salary to employees on the last day of the month or max by the 2nd day of next month and this is the very first time in the history appraisal got delayed by months like other big companies due to some uncertain circumstances. We value our employees and will continue our efforts to make KPI a better place to work. We believe in promoting an open culture at KPI and encourage you to discuss your expectations with your Manager/HR and we will try our best to meet them. We always work on initiatives based on employee feedback and have been providing the best-in-class industry perks and facilities. We are reintroducing many employee engagement activities. We recently conducted a few events like a corporate family outing, a stand-up comedy show, monthly and quarterly rewards and recognition awards, and a music festival. At monthly AHM we celebrate birthday celebrations and much more. At KPI we believe in doing everything that makes it well worth the time, effort, and dedication of its employees. If you have issues with the project/manager you can voice out, we hope you might have seen folks doing that and got better results.
