Nothing is good, they need to empathize more PayScale as the normal local brands pay more than this company which is a branded company. They just squeeze the people and make them work and pay them very less. They just are getting better and better just because of these people who work but they don't pay even 10% of their work.

Dislikes

First start improving your salary pay scale and remove the people who don't do anything like higher managers and president who just squeeze the lower people who are actually the working people who bring business to your company. Pay the lower people and then you will see the improvement.
