have been there for two years. Good company to work with if you dont want to have much of work pressure and just spend days, by doing manual lengthy work. Kotaks are not upgraded in terms of Information technologies, hence lesser chances of smart work over there. Also, not great company to grow your career in speedy manner and also in monetary terms. Not good in compensation and benefit giving to their employees....Read More
