Good vision and mission with snail pace execution. The salary was on time, always.

Dislikes

Unnati COO is a sales guy. The first thing for him was who did how many aspirant numbers. His attitude was always rude. He never appreciated the team. Only running for numbers. It was said that mobilization will be 25-30% but after joining it was the only thing which was measured. It was full of toxicity and blame games. I was made to feel disgusting for not achieving the aspirant numbers. It is a sales job where you have to generate numbers and you will be valued on that....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
