Likes

Working at a kosmos hospital was overall a good experience. Work environment was good enough and hospital provide all the crucial facilities which is needed in this pandemic time. Management always give chance to make an improvement rather then yelling on employees.

Good work environment and cluture teammates are supportive and transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and tha bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.. Salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job is not given to new join
