I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. HR Team behaves very rudely and in disgusting way. They don't know the meaning of HR (Non deserving people). They think like they are CEO of whole plant. Need to replace current HR team members with well qualified, mannered and deserving HR department team for employees as well as company growth otherwise idiots recruit idiots.
