Very very very very very very very less salary satisfaction. When you give your 100% but there are no any increament and appraisal. Very bad company in view of increament (in gujarat,India). Increament is only 500rupee and 800rupee per year. Very bad for any engineers. Because of low salary work satisfaction is also low. I gave my precious 6years to this company But company never ever observe my hardwork. I have 6years of experience but my salary is 19000rupees only.
